The Kitchen

Quite possibly one of the gems of Pearl Street. Such a fun and classy atmosphere.
You have two areas to choose from-A downstairs seating area with an open kitchen. The decor makes you feel like you are eating in an old world European kitchen, complete with butcher block tables, a slatted wood floor and brick walls. Service is quick and helpful.

One of my favorite meals to date (and not just talking about this restaurant) started off with Wood Fired Mussels in a white wine broth. Can I say delicious?
Next a plate of yummy hand-cut frites, steaming hot with parmesan and herbs.
And oh my entre, grilled snapper with swiss chard. Heaven in a fish! So light and flaky! To date, I am still attempting to have a fish cooked so well as that night.

Dessert is a must and should not be turned down!

For a more city feel, head to the Kitchen Upstairs, with a wine and drink list to drool for and cozy couches to canoodle on with your sweetie or gab with the girls.

Always a spectacular evening at the Kitchen-Upstairs or down.
